The Chairman and CEO also met with the President of Argentina, Mauricio Macri, to discuss MAPFRE’s projects in the country
The Chairman and CEO of MAPFRE, Antonio Huertas, made his fourth trip to Argentina, this time to mark the company’s 30th anniversary in the country, as well as to discuss key aspects of the 2016-2018 Strategy Plan.
The Chairman and CEO, accompanied by Rafael Casas, CEO of the LATAM Territorial Area, and Aristóbulo Bausela, CEO of the LATAM SOUTH Regional area, held meetings with the company’s top executives and senior figures to discuss the firm’s businesses, strategy and major milestones, which included marking MAPFRE’s 30th year in Argentina.
Antonio Huertas also met with the President of Argentina, Mauricio Macri, with whom he discussed MAPFRE projects in Argentina and the current status of the insurance industry.
Finally, to celebrate the MAPFRE Company Solidarity Day, Huertas visited the Mensajeros de la Paz San José Home for Senior Citizens, an organization that is regularly supported by Fundación MAPFRE. There he joined a group of 27 volunteers to do some gardening work for the institution. And, ahead of the May 25 national holiday, he ended his visit by sharing a traditional meal with all those present.
