A new digital claims platform has been launched by InsureandGo in Australia allowing customers to lodge their claims online via its and Tick Insurance’s website, and will also give customers a way to communicate with InsureandGo Australia during and after the trip, ensuring an excellent customer journey end-to-end.
The new digital platform improves efficiency in receipt of documents in the Claims department, which allows the team to process them in a more dynamic and much more agile way.
