Milestone on the growth course of the insurance company

As part of its growth strategy, Germany’s second-largest direct motor insurer Verti has opened a new Business Contact Center with a focus on automotive near Munich.

“Our sales strategy is based on a multi-channel strategy and we specialize in addressing and servicing the needs of the respective target group. With our new Business Contact Center, we are taking the next step on our path to specialization. With this customer-oriented strategy, we want to gain additional market share in the long term,” said CFO Christian Paul Sooth at the opening ceremony.

Verti has been active in the partner business since 2004 and maintains intensive relationships with well-known partners in the automotive sector. “We have learned that we have to remove complexity from the processes. This works better when we differentiate between the partner business and customers who have insured directly with us,” Sooth commented on the focus within the Verti Contact Center. With the new structures, processing procedures will be simplified and more personalized in the future. Depending on the volume of major customers, specialized core teams will be deployed.

“Our vision for the new location is full processing from sale to portfolio and claims. We are confident that this will increase both our efficiency and the processing quality for our partners’ customers,” explained Sooth.

The parent company MAPFRE relies on innovative B2B partnerships on a global scale. Based on its experience, Verti intends to build on its successes in Germany in the next step and score points with partner companies with new features in the future.

Currently there are already 15 employees working at the Business Contact Center in Vaterstetten near Munich. Claims processing has also started its activities. Further experts with automotive knowledge are being sought in this area to provide support. In the long term, 70 employees with a focus on the business customer segment are to be deployed in Vaterstetten. In total, the company currently has more than 500 employees.
